Chiropractors do not treat any disease, condition or pain but rather locate and correct spinal subluxations. 

A subluxation occurs when one or more of the moving bones of the spine misalign resulting in damaging nerve pressure and can interfere with nerve signals. 

Your nervous system controls and coordinates all the functions of your body.  So think of a garden hose.  If you kink it, the flow of water will be interrupted just like a subluxation can interrupt the flow of the nerve signal to any part of your body.  This can result in aches, pains and troubles with any part of the body.
